We forecast Q3 global Darzalex sales of USD2,069m, indicating royalties to Genmab of DKK2,768m. We expect the 2022 guidance to be raised to group sales of DKK12,500m–13,500m, Darzalex sales of USD8,000m–8,300m and royalties of DKK9,400m–9,800m, EBIT of DKK4,000m–5,600m, and opex of DKK7,800m–8,400m. Owing to recent share price performance, we have downgraded the stock to HOLD (BUY) but we reiterate our DKK2,950 target price.Genmab is a biotechnology company specializing in the creation and development of differentiated human antibody therapeutics focused on the treatment of cancer. Co.'s product pipeline includes one marketed product, Arzerra, daratumumab in late stage clinical development, four antibodies in clinical development, and over 20 in-house and partnered pre-clinical programs. Co.'s Arzerra (ofatumumab) is a human monoclonal antibody which targets an epitope on the CD20 molecule.
