HMS Networks (Hold, TP: SEK460.00) - Strong Q2 report ahead

We expect HMS Networks to publish strong results for Q2. We are 19% above Infront consensus (post-Q1) on adj. EBIT, which suggests a continuation of the positive consensus revisions trend. We see a risk to 2023e orders due to downcycle indications. Hence, we remain in neutral territory with our HOLD and a reduced SEK460 (470) target price for what we believe is a high-quality business, although the shares look overvalued and there is low visibility on 2023 and a high risk to our forecasts.
