ICA (Sell, TP: SEK380.00) - The pressure is on

We reiterate our SELL and have cut our target price to SEK380 (390) on a more bearish near-term outlook, driven by intensified competition and worsening Covid-19 headwinds persisting for longer. These factors drove Friday’s sell-off and the stock closed down 6% despite the Q3 report slightly beating consensus. The valuation still looks stretched and we see material downside risk with the stock trading at a 2021e P/E of 21.1x.
