Kindred Group (Buy, TP: SEK135.00) - Making it across the canals

We find Kindred’s long-term growth case intact and reiterate our BUY, although we have reduced our target price to SEK135 (145), reflecting a c10% cut to our 2023e EBITDA. 2022 looks like a lost year, but we believe the potential Dutch licence (May) alongside H2 revenue and earnings improvements (average Q2–Q4e EBITDA growth QOQ of 40%) should be enough of a share price catalyst. Our EBITDA margin scenario is at the low end of the company’s scalability illustration.
