Kindred Group (Buy, TP: SEK155.00) - Focus on proprietary product

In relation to the weak Q4 report, Kindred repeated its expectation of obtaining a Dutch licence in Q2 (likely a key share price catalyst) and announced a build-out of its proprietary sportsbook platform. We have cut our 2022e EBITDA by 16% to reflect soft near-term trends in Western Europe. Given 30% revenue and EBITDA growth YOY in H2e and the low valuation, we reiterate our BUY. We have cut our target price to SEK155 (170).
