Kojamo (Hold, TP: EUR18.50) - High supply, but falling demand

While Q4 was better than our forecasts and consensus, KPIs and market commentary suggest oversupply and the Covid-19-related fall in demand are starting to bite. We believe Kojamo may become caught between yielding investments and the risk of long-term structural oversupply in Finnish housing markets. We reiterate our HOLD, but have trimmed our NAV-based target price to EUR18.5 (19).
