A.P. Moeller Maersk is an international shipping company. Co.'s operating segments are: Container shipping and related activities which include global container services, inland transportation, manufacturing and repair of containers and container depots, and logistics and forwarding activities; APM terminals; Tankers, offshore and other shipping activities which include tanker shipping of crude oil, oil products and gas, offshore drilling activities and operation of land rigs, supply vessel activities with anchor handling and platform supply vessels, ferry services and door-to-door transportation in Northern Europe; Oil and gas activities; Retail activity; and Shipyards and other activities.

Boliden AB

Boliden AB produces base metals such as zinc, copper and lead for industrial customers throughout Europe. Co.'s operations are conducted within two business areas, namely Mines and Smelters. Co.'s mining operations comprise eight mines located in four areas: Aitik, the Boliden Area and Garpenberg in Sweden, and Tara in Ireland. Co.'s exploration focuses on deposits that contain zinc, copper and precious metals. Co.'s smelters comprise the Kokkola and Odda zinc smelters, the Ronnskar and Harjavalta copper smelters, and the Bergsoe lead smelter. Co.'s smelters, Ronnskar, Harjavalta, Kokkola, Odda and Bergsoe, produce pure metals, customized alloys, and by-products such as sulphuric acid.

Bravida Holding AB

Bravida is a Nordic region end-to-end provider of technical installations and service for buildings and industrial facilities. Co. offers integrated solutions in electrical, heating & plumbing and HVAC. Co. provides end-to-end services within these three areas, from consulting and project planning, to installation and service. Co.'s electrical installation business offers integrated solutions for lighting, heating and energy supply. Co.'s heating & plumbing segment provides integrated solutions for water, waste water, energy, heating and cooling.

Grieg Seafood ASA

Greig Seafood is a fish farming group, based in Norway, that specialized in salmon and trout. Co. is the parent company of the Greig Seafood Group. Co. is engaged in the production and sale of seafood, and naturally related activities to the sale of seafood. Co. is predominately engaged in the production of farmed salmon and trout, with a production capacity of around 95,00 tons gutted weight annually. Co. has 100 licences for salmon production and five licences for smolt production. Co. has operations in Finnmark and Rogaland in Norway, British Columbia in Canada, and Shetland (the U.K.).

Kungsleden is a property company based in Sweden. Co.'s property holdings consist of commercial premises in Greater Stockholm, Malardalen, southwest Sweden and growth towns in Norrland. The portfolio is segmented into Office, Industrial/warehouses, Retail and Other. Co.'s operating segments are properties, which manage and develop properties and provides premises for external customers; and Nordic Modular, which lets modular buildings in a corresponding way as traditional premises and also produces and sells modules to external customers. As of Dec 31 2013, Co. had 366 total properties, of which 139 were offices, 135 were industrial/warehouses, 68 were retail, and 24 were other properties.

NRC Group ASA

NRC Group collects, processes and sells map data. Co. provides services to the Norwegian market, but focuses mainly on projects abroad. Co.'s geo server, BlomURBEX®, enables online distribution of Co.'s products and databases to its customers. The content of BlomURBEX® consists of Co.'s oblique aerial images, TerraItaly® database and 3D city models. Co.'s operations are divided into two main business areas: Blom Geo Engineering Services, which collects and produces geographic information; and Blom Information Services, which provides geographic information as standardized services or through applications adapted to various uses and platforms.

Schibsted is engaged in the media industry and has four segments: Online classifieds, which include the Norwegian online marketplace and operations outside Norway; Schibsted Norge media house, which includes the media houses VG, Aftenposten, Bergens Tidende, Stavanger Aftenblad and Faedrelandsvennen, printing and distribution operations, and the publishing house Schibsted Forlag; Schibsted Sverige media house, which includes media houses Aftonbladet and Svenska Dagbladet and a portfolio of internet-based growth companies; and Media Houses International, which includes of free newspapers 20 Minutes in Spain and France and Eesti Meedia Group comprising of operations in the Baltic States.

Selvaag Bolig ASA. Selvaag Bolig ASA, formerly Selvaag Bolig AS, is a Norway-based company engaged in the development of residential properties. The Company manages the entire process, from the purchase of land to the sale of finished homes. The Company operates through such subsidiaries, as Selvaag Bolig Modulbygg, which develops flats and terrace houses with the aid of modules; Meglerhuset Selvaag, which is an estate agency responsible for the sale of the Company's new homes, and Selvaag Pluss Service, which is engaged in the operation of the Company's Pluss Homes that offer security and services, such as cleaning and booking of tickets, among others. The Company's projects are located in Oslo, Stavanger and Bergen, Norway, as well as in Stockholm, Sweden, and include Lorenskog Stasjonby, Nyhavn Brygge, Lervig Brygge Pluss, Bjornasen Start and Utsikten-Mortensrudhoyden, among others. Sparebanken Nord-Norge is engaged in the provision of financial products and services in North Norway. In addition to loans, deposits, payments transmission services, leasing and factoring, such financial products and services also include most savings products as well as life-and non-life insurance. Co. is active within the areas of real estate brokerage, trading in securities, active investment management, value assessment and other corporate services. Co. has 81 branches throughout North Norway. As of Dec 31 2008, Co.'s total assets were NOK65,507,000,000 and its total deposits were NOK34,572,000,000.

Sparebanken Ost ASA

Sparebanken Ost (the Bank) is a Norway-based regional bank. The Bank is engaged in the provision of both banking and financial products and services to individuals and businesses. The Bank's primary market area is the lower part of Buskerud county and the Drammen region. Its product and service offering includes loans, cards, payment services, savings accounts, pension funds, life and non-life insurance, investment services and foreign exchange. As of December 31, 2011, the Bank had such subsidiaries, as Sparebanken Ost Boligkredit AS, a mortgage company; AS Financiering, a car financing company; Sparebanken Ost Eiendom AS, which was engaged in real estate development and operations, and Ost Prosjekt AS, a subsidiary supporting the Bank's activities. As of December 31, 2011, the Bank's largest shareholder was MP Pensjon (9.89%).

Co.'s pipeline programmes include research and development focused on recombinant protein drugs in late preclinical and clinical phase for indications.

In addition to global geophysical and geological data libraries that include seismic data, magnetic and gravity data, digital well logs, production data and directional surveys, Co. also provides advanced processing and imaging services, interpretation products, permanent reservoir monitoring and data integration solutions.
