Leroy Seafood Group is a supplier of seafood. Co.'s primary products are Atlantic salmon and trout. Co. reports within two main segments: Production and Sales and Distribution. The Production segment includes Co.'s activities within production and processing, mainly Atlantic salmon and trout. The subsidiaries in this segment are a main employer along the Norwegian coastline and other areas. The Sales and Distribution segment has a global reach, comprising sales, marketing, product development and distribution of both Co.'s own produced products as well as for external suppliers. Co. is also engaged in nationwide distribution of fresh fish on the Norwegian market.

Co.'s customers are found in the retail, food service and food industry sectors. Co. has operations in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. The Swedish operations are conducted through the companies KronfAY=gel AB, SweHatch AB, AB SkAY=nefAY=gel and Bosarpkyckling. The Danish operations are conducted by Danpo A/S. The Norwegian operations are conducted through Scandinavian Standard AS. The Finnish operation is conducted through KronfAY=gel Oy.

Solon Eiendom is a biotechnology company. Co.'s focus is the research and development of peptide based vaccines against viral diseases, primarily human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). As of Dec 31 2013, Co.'s clinical development pipeline comprised of two vaccine candidates for the treatment of HIV, Vacc-4X and Vacc-C5. Vacc-4X is being investigated in two phases II trials in collaboration with Celgene Inc.
