Co. is the parent company of a group engaged in the development, manufacture, marketing, and sale of hygiene systems and patient handling equipment. Co.'s operations are divided into three divisions. The Hygiene Systems division is engaged in the manufacture of bathing systems, sit-baths, shower cabinets, shower trolleys, and integrating hygiene lifters. The Patient-Handling Products division is engaged in the manufacture of equipment for lifting and transferring elderly and disabled people. Equinor is engaged in oil and gas exploration and production activities. Co. is primarily focused on exploration, development and production of oil and gas on the Norwegian continental shelf (NCS). Co.'s operations are organized into four segments. Klaveness Combination Carriers

Klaveness Combination Carriers AS is a Norway-based fleet operator. The Company owns and operates combination carriers that can switch between dry and wet cargo shipments. Its fleet consists of approximately nine CABU (caustic soda/bulk carrier) vessels with the capacity to transport from approximately 72,500 deadweight tonnage (DWT) up to approximately 80,500 DWT of caustic soda solution (CSS), floating fertilizer (UAN) and molasses, as well as all form of dry bulk commodities. Furthermore, the Company has newbuilding orders for CLEANBU (clean petroleum/bulk carrier) vessels that in addition to transporting caustic soda and dry bulk products can also transport clean petroleum products. SpareBank 1 SMN is an independent, regional finance house. Through the SpareBank 1 Alliance and its own subsidiaries (the Bank), Co. has access to products in the fields of financing, savings and investment, insurance and money transfer services. At its Offices business area, the bank provides advice to retail customers, farm sector customers, pools/associations, one-person businesses and small and medium businesses. The Corporate business area focuses on financial counselling in investment and operations financing, domestic and foreign money transfers, fixed income and currency hedging, investment of surplus liquidity and insurance of individuals and buildings/operating equipment.
