Gentian Diagnostics AS is a Norway-based company within health care sector. It develops and manufactures in vitro diagnostic products for the detection and quantification of specific markers for use on a wide range of clinical chemistry analysers. GN Store Nord A/S

GN Store Nord is an electronics communication products group based in Denmark. Co. is engaged in the manufacture and marketing of products for personal communication. Co.'s product offering includes hearing instruments, corded and wireless headsets, and audiologic diagnostics equipment used to test people's hearing and sense of balance. In addition, Co. offers products and accessories such as speakers, amplifiers, headset telephones, and adapters, as well as software and equipment for fitting hearing instruments. Co.'s operations are organized along two business divisions: GN Netcom (headsets) and GN ReSound (advanced hearing instruments).

Klaveness Combination Carriers

Klaveness Combination Carriers AS is a Norway-based fleet operator. The Company owns and operates combination carriers that can switch between dry and wet cargo shipments. Its fleet consists of approximately nine CABU (caustic soda/bulk carrier) vessels with the capacity to transport from approximately 72,500 deadweight tonnage (DWT) up to approximately 80,500 DWT of caustic soda solution (CSS), floating fertilizer (UAN) and molasses, as well as all form of dry bulk commodities. Furthermore, the Company has newbuilding orders for CLEANBU (clean petroleum/bulk carrier) vessels that in addition to transporting caustic soda and dry bulk products can also transport clean petroleum products. Scandi Standard is a supplier of chicken-based food products in the Nordic region. Co. offers a range of chilled and frozen products under brands such as KronfAY=gel in Sweden, Danpo in Denmark and Den Stolte Hane in Norway, as well as for private label. Co.'s customers are found in the retail, food service and food industry sectors. Co. has operations in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. The Swedish operations are conducted through the companies KronfAY=gel AB, SweHatch AB, AB SkAY=nefAY=gel and Bosarpkyckling. The Danish operations are conducted by Danpo A/S. The Norwegian operations are conducted through Scandinavian Standard AS. The Finnish operation is conducted through KronfAY=gel Oy.

Schibsted is engaged in the media industry and has four segments: Online classifieds, which include the Norwegian online marketplace and operations outside Norway; Schibsted Norge media house, which includes the media houses VG, Aftenposten, Bergens Tidende, Stavanger Aftenblad and Faedrelandsvennen, printing and distribution operations, and the publishing house Schibsted Forlag; Schibsted Sverige media house, which includes media houses Aftonbladet and Svenska Dagbladet and a portfolio of internet-based growth companies; and Media Houses International, which includes of free newspapers 20 Minutes in Spain and France and Eesti Meedia Group comprising of operations in the Baltic States.

Securitas is engaged in integrated security solutions. Co.'s main service offering categories are specialized guarding, mobile security services, monitoring, technical solutions and consulting and investigation services. Co. operates in 52 countries throughout North America, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, Asia and Africa. Co. is organized into three business segments: Security Services North America, Security Services Europe and Security Services Ibero-America. In addition to the three business segments, Co. conducts guarding operations in the Middle East, Asia and Africa.

Skanska AB Class B

Skanska is a project development and construction group, concentrated on selected home markets in the Nordic region, European countries and in the Americas. Co.'s business streams are: construction, which includes building and civil construction; residential development, which develops residential projects for immediate sale; commercial property development, which initiates, develops, leases and divests commercial property projects, with project development focusing on office buildings, retail and logistics properties; and infrastructure development, engaged in identifying, developing and investing in privately financed infrastructure projects, such as highways, hospitals and schools.
