Short-term headwind

We reiterate our neutral view of the sector as we see long-term value, but see short-term headwinds. Weaker spot price and higher volume in the short term have led us to cut our salmon price estimates to NOK49/kg for Q4 2017 and NOK55/kg (NOK58) for 2018e. Our 2019 forecast of NOK59/kg is unchanged. We have cut target prices but have not changed recommendations. Our top picks remain Grieg Seafood and Lerøy Seafood.
