Måsøval (Hold, TP: NOK42.00) - Q2 above expectations
Q2 operating EBIT was NOK59m, versus our forecast of NOK55m, driven by a higher realised price and lower costs than we expected. Harvest guidance is unchanged since the listing, at 17.5kt for 2021e and 21.3kt for 2022e. Management was cautious on H2 costs, but indicated good biological control so far. We have made only minor changes to our estimates, and reiterate our HOLD and NOK42 target price.Masco designs, manufactures and distributes home improvement and building products. The company's Plumbing Products include faucets, showerheads, handheld showers, valves, bath hardware and accessories, bathing units, shower bases and enclosures and toilets. This segment also includes brass, copper and composite plumbing system components and other non-decorative plumbing products. The company's Decorative Architectural Products include cabinet and door hardware, functional hardware, wall plates, hook and hook rail products, and picture hanging accessories. This segment also includes decorative indoor and outdoor lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, landscape lighting and LED lighting systems.
