Vaccine news led to one of the strongest monthly performances for equities on record. This has driven sentiment to levels that usually require a period of consolidation before the positive momentum can continue. Valuation is also looking stretched but, if earnings growth can continue to surprise positively, we are unlikely to see significant multiples contraction near-term.
