Norsk Hydro (Hold, TP: NOK65.00) - CMD focus points

Hydro is hosting its annual CMD on 30 November: we expect focus to be on its improvement programme given the challenges in Rolled Products and as B&A is ahead of schedule. At this stage we do not believe Sapa savings targets will be raised as the transaction closed only recently. We are increasingly concerned about still-growing Chinese inventories but retain our HOLD recommendation and NOK65 target price.
