Dividends around the corner

The solid profitability trend continued in Q3 with ROE of 39%. NOFI’s CET1 ratio of 16.7% was comfortably above both its internal target of 16.0% and the regulatory minimum of 15.3%. Hence, we see dividend distribution starting in H1 2018e. We have reduced our 2018–2019e EPS by 2–3%, driven by somewhat lower lending growth. We reiterate our BUY recommendation and NOK115 target.
