Attractive liquidity discount

NPRO is trading at a 30% discount to its Q3 EPRA net NAV of NOK13.96/share, meaning we continue to see upside potential in the stock. Q3 profit from rental operations was below our forecast, though the NOK0.08 quarterly DPS exceeded our expectation. We reiterate our BUY recommendation and have raised our target price to NOK12 (11.5).

As of Dec 31 2013, Co. owned 41 office and commercial properties in Norway, located in Oslo, Baerum, at Gardermoen and in Slavenger.
