Pandora (Hold, TP: DKK375.00) - Time for Reflexions

Pandora’s Q2 results and guidance were in line with pre-warned level, but the CEO resignation was taken as a positive that represents a potential first step to restore investor confidence. Nevertheless, we are concerned that Pandora’s issues are structural and have downgraded our recommendation to HOLD (BUY) and cut our target price to DKK375 (700). Valuation continues to screen low relative to peers, but we do not consider this a trigger as long as the estimate trend remains negative.
