Paradox Interactive (Hold, TP: SEK195.00) - Victoria 3 set for release in Q4
We expect no surprises in Q2, with expansions and other DLC driving revenue of SEK450m and EBIT of SEK191m. We have modified our 2022–2023 forecasts to reflect the announced release of Victoria 3 in Q4 2022. The outlook remains strong, but our full valuation (2022e EV/EBIT of 25x) leads us to reiterate our HOLD and SEK195 target price ahead of the results, due at 08:00 CET on 2 August.Paradox Interactive AB (publ) is a Sweden-based company engaged in the development and publishing of personal computer (PC)-based strategy games. The Company's portfolio includes PC franchises such as Europa Universalis, Crusader Kings, Victoria and the Hearts of Iron series, as well as titles on other platforms such as Lead and Gold: Gangs of the Wild West released on PlayStationNetwork for the PlayStation3 and Defenders of Ardania on iPad as well as PC.
