Rezidor (Buy, TP: SEK34.00) - Check in any time, harder to leave

While minority shareholders still face the risk of being caught in a value trap, we are positive on the long-term prospects for the company and after a drop, see valuation as attractive. We expect investors to remain cautions due to a lack of visibility on the financial situation and strategic targets of the main owner. Valuation has come down and we reiterate our SEK 34 target price and have upgraded to a BUY recommendation (HOLD).
