SAS (Buy, TP: SEK27.00) - Yield trend in the right direction, but fuel hits estimates

SAS’s Q1 results are due at 08:00 CET on 27 February. We forecast Q1 EBT down YOY in line with guidance of higher losses YOY, driven by higher fuel costs YOY and underlying inflation being offset by the ongoing cost programme. We reiterate our BUY, but have cut our target price to SEK27 (30) to reflect negative estimate revisions as a higher load and yield trend is offset by increased costs mainly related to higher fuel prices and the recent SEK depreciation.
