Skanska (Sell, TP: SEK160.00) - Super disposal profit drives Q1 beat

The sale of the Solna United property (for SEK3.3bn, a regional record), resulted in a solid EBIT beat in Q1. However, we believe this outperformance marked the peak of the cycle and limited Covid-19 effects. We expect construction to continue to track GDP, and see downside risk to consensus on a pandemic-related economic slowdown. Following our estimate changes we have raised our target price to SEK160 (150), but reiterate our SELL recommendation.
