Skanska (Sell, TP: SEK160.00) - Super disposal profit drives Q1 beat
The sale of the Solna United property (for SEK3.3bn, a regional record), resulted in a solid EBIT beat in Q1. However, we believe this outperformance marked the peak of the cycle and limited Covid-19 effects. We expect construction to continue to track GDP, and see downside risk to consensus on a pandemic-related economic slowdown. Following our estimate changes we have raised our target price to SEK160 (150), but reiterate our SELL recommendation.Skanska is a project development and construction group, concentrated on selected home markets in the Nordic region, European countries and in the Americas. Co.'s business streams are: construction, which includes building and civil construction; residential development, which develops residential projects for immediate sale; commercial property development, which initiates, develops, leases and divests commercial property projects, with project development focusing on office buildings, retail and logistics properties; and infrastructure development, engaged in identifying, developing and investing in privately financed infrastructure projects, such as highways, hospitals and schools.
