Statoil (Buy, TP: NOK193.00) - Set for FCF sweet spot

We reiterate our BUY recommendation ahead of the CMD/Q4 report at 07:00 CET on 7 February. We are roughly in line with consensus for Q4e. We expect Statoil to hike its production guidance significantly, and launch a USD1.0bn share buyback programme. For 2019, we estimate FCF of USD1.96 (NOK15.2)/share, which would be the highest level since Statoil was listed in 2001. Target price increased to NOK192 (178).
