TGS (Hold, TP: NOK90.00) - Another disappointment

TGS reported preliminary Q3 sales of USD61m, 26% below consensus and 24% below our estimate, driven by soft late sales and pre-funding ratio. Management sees the seismic market remaining challenging as 2021 E&P budgets allow for very limited exploration spending. We expect 2021 consensus sales down 15% and see the share price down 5–10% today.
