Topdanmark (Hold, TP: DKK285.00) - Not what we expected

Topdanmark reported a soft Q3 with EPS 15% below consensus, driven by a weaker underwriting result. In addition, the company provided soft 2021 guidance and left us concerned about future run-off levels. We have reduced our estimates to reflect current trends and the new guidance, and have lowered our 2021e EPS by 6% and 2022e EPS by 3%. As a result, we have cut our target price to DKK285 (DKK315), but we reiterate our HOLD.
