Vestas Wind Systems (Hold, TP: DKK600.00) - Set for an even stronger 2020e

Strong deliveries drove a significant beat in Q3 revenues and EBIT while continued strong order intake has prompted us to lift our 2020e deliveries to 15,500MW, up 19% YOY. However, on the conference call Vestas was cautious about margins, and the net effect to our 2020e EBIT is +6%. The uncertainty regarding margins and 2021 persist in our view and we reiterate our HOLD but have raised our target price to DKK600 (560).
