YIT (Buy, TP: EUR5.80) - Attractive valuation and risk/reward
We are 5% above Vara consensus on Q2 EBIT, reflecting small divisional deviations (results due at 07:00 CET on 30 July). We expect YIT to reiterate its very general 2021 guidance, but believe a return to a more detailed outlook would be more value-added, and could potentially provide a share-price catalyst. We expect the EBIT margin to normalise towards 2023, and in our view the stock remains among the most attractively valued in the sector, trading in line with peers that we believe are also margin recovery cases. We reiterate our BUY and EUR5.8 target price.YIT provides services for the construction sector. Co. has two segments: Housing and Business Premises and Infrastructure. The Housing segment is engaged in the development and construction of housing, holiday homes and entire residential areas, with a focus on its own developments. This segment is also engaged in property maintenance in Russia. The Business Premises and Infrastructure segment is engaged in the development and construction of offices, shopping malls, public facilities, assisted living facilities and other business premises; renovation projects; construction of roads, bridges, tunnels, rail and metro stations, ports and power plants; as well as road and street maintenance.
