Almontyâ€™s Los Santos tungsten project is on course for a record year of production and earnings in FY14. The company has also signed a binding agreement to acquire the producing Wolfram Camp tungsten mine in Australia, which could double its WO3 concentrate output to as much as 200kmtu pa. The current valuation, in our view, does not fully reflect Almontyâ€™s growth potential, or the strong tungsten market fundamentals.

We value Almonty Industries using a two-stage Discounted Cashflow entity model of Almonty’s producing assets (Sangdong, Los Santos, and Panasqueira) to which we have added the discounted value of the development project (Valtreixal).
