Elixir Grid - Lucky Cement Limited - LUCK PA: Consolidating above Ascending Support

LUCK has been selling off recently but it appears to be stalling at a longer-term correction level. After retreating more than 61.8% from its high (731.80), the price action is now beginning to consolidate above an ascending support as visible on its daily time frame. Going forward, ability to hold above 549/545 support indicates bullish bias on daily charts while a break of 557 would unlock further upside to the levels of 582 and 590 next.

KSE100 Index continued to rally into 5th straight week led by foreign buying interest, particularly in Banking stocks. The Index gained 848pts (2.1%) during the week, taking 2019TD return to 10.9%. Market activity also remained elevated during the week with average daily traded volumes inching up by 3.8%WoW to 175mn shares. Bourse extended its rise for the fifth consecutive week with benchmark KSE100 Index closing on a buoyant note amid expanding turnover at 41,113 level.
