As a result, the "SPIRIT Germany" drinks, available in five flavors - Mango & Cactus, Berry & Orange, Lime & Kiwi, Peach & Passion, and Orange & Grenade - are 100% organic and 100% vegan. "SPIRIT Germany" stands for a new contemporary mindset, especially for sustainability and a healthier lifestyle. The products thus perfectly address the current necessities in terms of climate protection and the needs of the core target groups of 18- to 30-year-olds. The company therefore clearly stands out as a healthy alternative to well-known energy drinks from the competition.

Sustainability in cultivation and throughout the value chain

The basic ingredients of the drinks come from sustainable cultivation. The "SPIRIT Germany" products are 100% organic and vegan, and they contain neither artificial ingredients nor taurine, which is known from other energy drinks and is viewed critically in larger quantities. In exchange, matcha and guarana are included, as well as caffeine derived from organic coffee.  ”SPIRIT Germany” is produced by Voelkel (www. voelkeljuice.de), Germany's largest natural juice producer. Voelkel has a unique philosophy focused on sustainability. When it comes to raw materials, the company focuses on future-oriented, fair farming. The focus is on the use of seed-resistant varieties and the preservation of biodiversity and orchards. Climate-neutral also for outdoor advertising

For example, the company supports the "Partners in Environmental Protection" project, which the ARD Media Group initiated together with the climate protection company Climate Partner (), which aims to broadcast TV commercials in a climate-neutral manner. To this end, the greenhouse gas emissions generated during production are fully offset by climate protection projects, such as reforestation of forests, both nationally and internationally.

“SPIRIT Germany” aims to play a leading role in the dynamically growing functional food segment in the DACH region. The global functional food market is expected to grow by an average of 7% to 12% to more than USD 268 billion by 2027. To this end, the company is expanding strongly in the DACH region. For example, the "SPIRIT Germany" products are already available in around 3,000 locations of retail chains such as Tegut, Kaufland, Budni and Edeka, as well as JET and Orlen service stations in Germany. In addition, the drinks will also be sold in 600 stores of market leaders SPAR International and Billa in Austria from Q2 2022.
