Con circa 80 dipendenti, di cui circa il 10% nel Dipartimento Ricerca e Sviluppo, B&C Speakers svolge presso la propria sede di Firenze tutte le attività di progettazione, produzione, commercializzazione e controllo. La maggior parte dei prodotti è sviluppata sulle specifiche esigenze dei principali clienti.
