The interest on our bonds with the ISIN DE000A3E46C5 (bond 2020/2025) and DE000A289QS7 (bond 2020/2027) has been paid for the year 2022 without issuing a new bond or refinancing. The whole situation on the markets in Europe, Germany and also the war Ukraine was shaken by it. We are not alone in being affected by this shock.

We have no business relationship with this company HTL GesbR and this company is not known to us. The offer is currently well below the issue price.

Our balance sheets from the GECCI Group are currently being audited and the audit will be completed on time. Our stocks of building materials are sufficient for the next 3 years and we have also founded an international building materials trade.
