SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES: Ordinary Annual General Meeting on May 20, 2020 Held as Virtual Annual General Meeting Without Physical Presence

Kahl am Main, April 15, 2020 - SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES will hold a virtual Annual General Meeting on the original date, May 20, 2020, without physical presence due to the Corona pandemic. Against the background of the spread of the SARS-COV-2 virus and the resulting limitations in private and business life, SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES opted for this decision. The Annual General Meeting will be held pursuant to Art. 2 Sect. 1 Para. 2 Corona Measures Act. The safety and health of shareholders and employees are of utmost importance. In the meaning of the German Stock Corporation Act the venue of the shareholders' meeting will still be Frankfurt am Main.

Participation in the Annual General Meeting will be possible after duly registration under the link /de/investor-relations/hauptversammlung/2020.html.

SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES will make sure, that
1. the entire Annual General Meeting, in particular the votes, is broadcast via video and audio,
2. the shareholders' casting of votes and delegation of power will be possible through electronic communication (electronic participation via an online portal),
3. the shareholders will have the ability to submit questions by means of electronic communication; questions can be submitted through an FAQ tool in the AGM-Portal up to two days before the Annual General Meeting, i.e. until May 17, 2020, midnight. The reply to the questions will also be published through the FAQ tool by May 20, 2020, 10:00 am; and
4. the shareholders, who have cast their votes, will be able to submit objections against resolutions adopted in the course of the Annual General Meeting.

For all of its shareholders and investors SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES will provide an "AGM-Portal" on its homepage, which will contain relevant information and which will be updated, if necessary. The entire Annual General Meeting will be broadcast through this portal.
