As. of Aug 31 2013, Co.'s portfolio consisted of 81 properties with 1,021 tenants and total rentable 3,095,171.83 sq. m. of area. 40% or more of total portfolio is in Tokyo and the Tokyo Metropolitan Area. The remainings are in Osaka and Aichi Prefectures as well as other government-decreed cities.
