Additionally, Graines Voltz offers also communication tools for retailers to highlight their products and develop their customer sales. On June 3, 2013, Company announced that on December 8, 2012 it acquired 100% of the share capital of Agreva, a Turkish company. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. On August 26, 2013, the Company announced the acquisition of all Plan SAS's Plan Ornemental shares.
