Our Momentum, Income and Value equities portfolios continue to outperform the benchmark NSE 20 index. Performance of the Momentum and Income portfolios was ahead of all the benchmark indices including the Nairobi All Share Index (NASI) and Zamara Index.

BUY KCB Group at current price levels (KES 34 – 35).
As at the latest closing price of KES 35, the bank trades at its most attractive multiples; P/B of 0.9x, dividend yield of 10% despite maintaining a sector leading ROE above 20%.

Fixed Income
We recommend the below bidding levels in the ongoing July 2020 primary bond sale ahead of its auction this week
FXD1/2020/5 at 10.70% - 10.80% levels
FXD2/2018/10 at 11.85% - 11.95% levels
FXD1/2019/15 at 12.35% - 12.45% levels

KenGen Plc (NSE: KEGN) announced the delayed FY20 audited results.
