TOKYO, Feb. 07, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Leading semiconductor test equipment supplier Advantest Corporation (TSE: 6857) has opened registration for its VOICE 2024 Developer Conference, held on June 3-5, at the Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines in San Diego, California.
