ARV-102 is an oral, brain-penetrant investigational PROTAC designed to degrade LRRK2, which is a large, multidomain scaffolding kinase. Increased activity, scaffolding, and expression of LRRK2 have been implicated in the pathogenesis of neurological diseases.
