Eezy Oyj: Ilmoitus omistusosuuden muutoksesta - OP-Rahastoyhtiö Oy

Eezy Oyj on vastaanottanut 11.3.2024 arvopaperimarkkinalain 9 luvun 5 pykälän mukaisen ilmoituksen, jonka mukaan OP-Rahastoyhtiö Oy:n osuus Eezy Oyj:n osakkeista ja äänistä on ylittänyt 5 % rajan 8.3.2024.

Eezy Oyj:llä on yksi osakesarja, jossa kullakin osakkeella on yksi ääni. Osakkeiden kokonaismäärä on 25 046 815.
