Eezy Oyj:n hallituksen järjestäytyminen

Eezy Oyj:n varsinainen yhtiökokous pidettiin tänään 13.4.2023. Hallituksen jäseniksi valittiin uudelleen Tapio Pajuharju, Kati Hagros, Paul-Petteri Savolainen, Jarno Suominen, Mika Uotila ja Mikko Wirén. Uutena jäsenenä valittiin Maria Pajamo.

Yhtiökokouksen jälkeen pidetyssä hallituksen järjestäytymiskokouksessa Tapio Pajuharju valittiin jatkamaan hallituksen puheenjohtajana.

Tarkastusvaliokunnan jäseniksi valittiin Mika Uotila (pj), Kati Hagros ja Jarno Suominen.

Henkilöstövaliokunnan jäseniksi valittiin Maria Pajamo (pj), Tapio Pajuharju ja Mikko Wirén.
