Eezy Oyj:n hallitus päätti yhtiön avainhenkilöille suunnatun osakepalkkiojärjestelmän pidentämisestä ja toisesta ansaintajaksosta

Eezy Oyj:n hallitus on päättänyt yhtiön avainhenkilöille suunnatun pitkän aikavälin osakepalkkiojärjestelmän ehtojen muuttamisesta koronaviruspandemian aiheuttaman liiketoimintaympäristön merkittävän muutoksen vuoksi. Osakepalkkiojärjestelmän ehtoja muutetaan pidentämällä osakepalkkiojärjestelmän kestoa vuodella vuoteen 2025 saakka ja lisäämällä uusi ansaintajakso. Osakepalkkiojärjestelmän käyttöönotosta on tiedotettu 18.12.2019.

Eezy Oyj:n hallitus on päättänyt yhtiön avainhenkilöille suunnatun pitkän aikavälin osakepalkkiojärjestelmän toisesta ansaintajaksosta. Toinen ansaintajakso on 13 kuukautta, ja se alkaa 1.12.2020 ja päättyy 31.12.2021. Toisen ansaintajakson ansaintakriteerit perustuvat Eezy Oyj:n liikevaihtoon ja liikevoittoon. Osakepalkkiojärjestelmän piiriin kuuluu toisella ansaintajaksolla 8 henkilöä.

Toiselta ansaintajaksolta voidaan maksaa palkkiona enintään 179 091 Eezy Oyj:n osaketta. Enimmäispalkkion arvo tätä pörssitiedotetta edeltävän kaupankäyntipäivän keskikurssin mukaan olisi noin 864 tuhatta euroa.
