Muutos Eezy Oyj:n johtoryhmässä

Saara Tikkanen (KTM, s.1982) on nimitetty Eezy Oyj:n HR- ja kehitysjohtajaksi ja johtoryhmän jäseneksi. Hän aloittaa työnsä viimeistään maaliskuussa 2024.

Saaralla on laaja-alainen, yli 15 vuoden HR-alan kokemus erilaisista yrityksistä usealta toimialalta. Viimeiseksi hän on työskennellyt Verkkokauppa.comin henkilöstöjohtajana ja johtoryhmän jäsenenä.

"Olen innoissani astumassa Eezyn joukkoon kehittämään suomalaista työelämää. Koen Eezyn tehtävän hyvin tärkeäksi – yhteiskuntana me tarvitsemme laajaa työllisyyttä ja yrityksiä, joissa voidaan hyvin. Itse uskon HR- ja kehitystehtävissä positiiviseen ihmiskäsitykseen, kasvun asenteeseen ja hyvän, tavoitteellisen johtamisen voimaan", toteaa Tikkanen.
