Kinepolis Group NV kondigt aan dat zij op 25 september 2023 start met een inkoopprogramma eigen aandelen, waarbij een onafhankelijke tussenpersoon via een discretionair mandaat werd gemachtigd om voor rekening van Kinepolis Group NV tussen 25 september 2023 en 24 maart 2024 een maximum van 151 000 eigen aandelen aan te kopen op Euronext Brussel, voor een bedrag van maximaal € 8 000 000.

De inkoop van eigen aandelen zal gebeuren binnen de voorwaarden van de machtiging aan de raad van bestuur gegeven door de Buitengewone Algemene Vergadering op 10 mei 2023 om, onder bepaalde voorwaarden, over te gaan tot inkoop van eigen aandelen met het oog op indekking van aandelenopties.

  

Tijdens de looptijd van het programma zal de vennootschap op geregelde tijdstippen en in overeenstemming met de van toepassing zijnde regelgeving, de markt informeren over de ingekochte aandelen.
