Voor het eerste halfjaar van het boekjaar 2022 noteren we volgende kerndata:



• De huuropbrengsten zijn gestegen met € 3,0 miljoen in vergelijking met juni vorig jaar en bedragen nu € 33,2 miljoen



• De financiële schuldgraad is conform het vooropgestelde plan gedaald van 48,56% op eind 2021 naar 46,31% op 30 juni 2022



• De bezettingsgraad is toegenomen en bedraagt nu 90,30% in vergelijking met 89,09% op einde 2021



• De uitbreiding van Schoppingcenter Knauf Schmiede ontvangt zijn eerste winkels



• Het Park Lane fase II project op Tour & Taxis is opgestart met een succesvolle reservatie van 50% van de appartementen van het eerste gedeelte



• De bouwwerkzaamheden aan het kantoorgebouw The Emerald (7.000 m2) werden opgestart op Cloche d’Or, een nieuwe stadswijk in de zuidrand van Luxemburg-stad
