Passage Bio Welcomes Dolan Sondhi, Ph.D. to Board Of Directors

(Nasdaq: PASG), a clinical-stage genetic medicines company focused on developing transformative therapies for central nervous system (CNS) disorders, today announced the appointment of Dolan Sondhi, Ph.D., to the Board of Directors and her appointment to the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Dr. Sondhi is currently Professor of Research in the Department of Genetic Medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine. Additionally, Thomas Woiwode, Ph.D., announced his resignation from the Board of Directors to focus on his Managing Director role within Versant Ventures.

Dr. Sondhi is a highly accomplished research scientist with an impressive career spanning over two decades. Her work has focused on the development and translation of adeno-associated virus (AAV) gene therapies for genetic disorders, with a particular emphasis on CNS diseases. She has made significant contributions to the field of lysosomal storage diseases, adult neurodegenerative disease conditions and Friedreich's Ataxia.
