Resultaat van de Algemene Vergadering van 2025 van Syensqo

Vandaag heeft Syensqo zijn gewone algemene aandeelhoudersvergadering gehouden in Brussel. De aandeelhouders hebben alle voorgestelde resoluties goedgekeurd.

Rosemary Thorne, Voorzitter van de Raad van Bestuur, blikte terug op het eerste volledige jaar van het bedrijf na de fusie en benadrukte de strategische initiatieven die in 2024 werden ondernomen om de basis van het bedrijf te verstevigen temidden van de macro-economische onzekerheden. Tot de belangrijkste initiatieven behoorden kostenbeheersing, investeringen in capaciteit, aandeleninkoop en een groter aandeelhouderschap van werknemers.

Ilham Kadri, CEO, prees de teams van Syensqo die de kern vormen van de ambities van het bedrijf op het gebied van groei, innovatie en duurzaamheid.

De steun van de aandeelhouders bleek uit het hoge niveau van goedkeuring voor alle resoluties, waaronder:

  • Goedkeuring van de jaarrekening van 2024
  • Goedkeuring van een brutodividend van €1,62 per aandeel, betaalbaar gesteld op 19 mei 2025
  • Goedkeuring van het remuneratieverslag van 2024
