            NOTATION S&P AMELIORÉE À « CCC + » AVEC PERSPECTIVES STABLES

             

            TECHNICOLOR CONFIRME SA GUIDANCE 2020 ET 2022

Paris (France), 25 septembre 2020 – (Euronext Paris : TCH, OTCQX : TCLRY) se félicite de l’amélioration de la note de S&P Global à « CCC + » avec perspectives stables.

Cette publication reflète la réussite de la restructuration financière du Groupe, grâce à laquelle Technicolor a obtenu 420 millions d’euros (nets de frais) de nouveaux financements et s’est désendetté à la suite de la conversion en capital de 660 millions d’euros de dette.

Technicolor dispose désormais d'un bilan considérablement renforcé, avec les liquidités adéquates pour faire face aux besoins engendrés par la crise Covid et au-delà.

Sur la base de l'activité des 3 derniers mois, le Groupe reste confiant dans l'atteinte des perspectives présentées dans son communiqué de presse du 30 juillet 2020, avec notamment la réalisation d'économies de coûts supérieures à 160 millions d'euros sur l'année. En particulier, l'EBITDA atteindra 169 millions d'euros en 2020, passant à 425 millions d'euros en 2022. Le flux de trésorerie disponible des activités poursuivies (avant résultats financiers et impôts) sera compris dans une fourchette entre (115) et (150) millions d'euros en 2020, en hausse à 259 millions d'euros en 2022.
