Verizon commissions mural in Fort Worth as part of #ACallForKindness

DALLAS, Sept. 13, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Verizon is spreading kindness in Dallas, thanks to a partnership with local artist Mariell Guzman to paint a custom mural at 701 Galveston Ave. in Fort Worth. It’s all part of Verizon’s national #ACallForKindness campaign, which aims to make the world a kinder place, one act at a time.

“Murals are so vital to our communities. Public art provides freedom to artists so they can utilize the power of their voice and inspire positive change,” said Mariell Guzman. “I’m very grateful to have the opportunity to use my artistic voice through this amazing #ACallForKindess campaign to remind people of the importance of spreading love and kindness everywhere you go, without costing anyone a thing.”

You can learn more about the artist and see her other murals on Instagram: @mariellguzman.
