MALVERN, Pa., Aug. 18, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE:), one of the world's largest manufacturers of discrete semiconductors and passive components, announced today that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.095 per share of common stock and Class B common stock to be paid September 24, 2020 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 11, 2020. Future dividends will be subject to Board approval.
