Eezy Oyj selvittää Nasdaq Helsingin pörssilistalle siirtymistä osana yhtiön kasvua ja kehitystä

Eezy Oyj:n (”Eezy” tai ”yhtiö”) hallitus on päättänyt käynnistää selvitystyön koskien mahdollisuutta siirtyä Nasdaq Helsinki Oy:n (”Nasdaq Helsinki”) pörssilistalle vuoden 2020 ensimmäisellä vuosipuoliskolla osana yhtiön kasvua ja strategista kehitystä. Kuten yhtiö on tänään tiedottanut, Eezy siirtyy IFRS-raportointiin ja julkaisee ensimmäisen IFRS-standardien mukaisesti laaditun konsernitilinpäätöksensä 31.12.2019 päättyneeltä tilikaudelta. Eezy on nimennyt Danske Bank A/S, Suomen sivuliikkeen neuvonantajakseen selvittämään yhtiön mahdollista siirtymistä Nasdaq Helsingin pörssilistalle. Yhtiön oikeudellisena neuvonantajana toimii Asianajotoimisto Castrén & Snellman Oy.

Eezyn toimitusjohtaja Sami Asikainen kommentoi: ”Vuoden 2018 First North -listautumisen jälkeen olemme toteuttaneet kasvustrategiaamme menestyksekkäästi ja viime vuonna VMP ja Smile yhdistyivät henkilöstöpalvelualan suunnannäyttäjä Eezyksi. Syksyllä julkistimme uuden strategian, jonka mukaan visiomme on olla Suomen merkittävin työelämän toimija yhdessä työntekijöidemme ja asiakkaidemme kanssa. Mahdollinen siirtyminen pörssilistalle on näin ollen luonnollinen askel yhtiön kasvussa ja kehityksessä.”
