En ligne avec son plan stratégique et comme annoncé suite aux différentes levées de fonds effectuées ces derniers mois, Netbooster a relancé la croissance externe avec l’acquisition de 4PS Marketing.
Créée en 2008, 4PS Marketing est l’une des plus importantes agences de marketing numérique au Royaume-Uni. Comptant 70 employés, Elle est spécialisée dans les campagnes de Search Marketing (SEO et PPC notamment) pour le compte de grands clients comme Selfridges, Audi, Jamie Oliver. Elle a par ailleurs reçu de nombreux prix mettant en valeur la qualité de ses expertises.
L’ensemble des activités de Netbooster au Royaume-Uni sera dorénavant placé sous la responsabilité d’une nouvelle équipe de direction menée par les deux co-fondateurs de 4Ps Marketing.​
